The Opportunity
Xilinx sought to enhance its brand presence across various trade shows by establishing a consistent, recognizable booth design that would elevate their industry standing. The challenge was to create a flexible yet striking exhibition space that could adapt to different event sizes and locations without compromising on visual impact or brand identity. Their goal was to ensure that no matter where they appeared, their booth would immediately communicate innovation and leadership, capturing the attention of attendees and partners alike.
Our Approach
To meet Xilinx’s objectives, ProExhibits developed a modular booth system with reconfigurability at its core. The design could seamlessly scale from a 20×30 footprint to smaller 10×10 and 10×20 configurations, depending on the event’s size and requirements. At its largest, the booth featured a bold 20×20 hero piece that served as the centerpiece of their trade show presence. This modular approach allowed for maximum flexibility, ensuring that Xilinx’s booth maintained a strong and consistent visual impact while optimizing both space and costs at each event.
The Results
The results of this two-year program were both impactful and sustainable. Xilinx’s booth became a key element in reinforcing their brand identity, with its distinctive and cohesive design drawing increased foot traffic and fostering greater engagement with their products. The use of modular components not only streamlined production and setup costs but also allowed for a dynamic, adaptable approach to each trade show. Over the course of the program, the booth proved to be a powerful tool in solidifying Xilinx’s position as a leader in the tech industry, amplifying their visibility and ensuring continued success across all major trade shows.
