The Opportunity
As a newcomer to the cybersecurity space, XBOW came to ProExhibits with a clear objective: to make a bold and memorable debut at Black Hat 2025. Inspired by their arrow-shaped logo and the name behind it, the creative direction focused on amplifying their visual identity in a way that felt both intentional and high impact. The goal was to generate excitement, attract attention, and establish a strong presence on the show floor that would drive lead generation and brand recognition.
Our Approach
To deliver on XBOW’s vision, our team designed a dynamic 20×30 booth featuring a dramatic LED tile wall that extended from the floor into a suspended canopy. This architectural feature became the visual centerpiece of the space. Despite the rigging and structural challenges involved, our production team collaborated closely with trusted partners to engineer a safe and visually seamless solution. Brilliant accent lighting elevated the booth’s overall energy, while live hacking demos displayed on the LED wall consistently drew large crowds and created real-time engagement throughout the event.
The Results
XBOW’s booth quickly became one of the most talked-about destinations at the show. The space remained busy from open to close, with attendees responding to both the visual design and the energy of the live content. For a first major event, the results exceeded expectations. The client was thrilled, not only with the traffic and leads but also with how clearly their brand stood out. The project demonstrated how ambitious design, when executed with care and creativity, can turn a debut into a defining moment for a growing brand.
