The Opportunity
With a refined 40 x 60 footprint, Vehlo faced the challenge of maintaining its robust presence while optimizing space. Their objectives remained ambitious: accommodating multiple demo stations, a dedicated Customer Success area, meeting rooms, and storage, all within a more compact layout. This year, the focus shifted from exclusively showcasing the overarching Vehlo brand to highlighting the five key brands within its portfolio. Additionally, the booth needed to facilitate live interviews and podcasts while incorporating a branded remote-controlled car as an interactive demo element.
Our Approach
To ensure maximum visibility and engagement, we designed a striking backlit hanging sign—impossible to miss on the show floor. The layout was meticulously planned to place demo stations along the aisles, allowing the sales team to seamlessly draw in attendees. The integration of the remote-controlled car added a dynamic, hands-on demonstration, reinforcing Vehlo’s innovative offerings. Every design choice balanced brand storytelling with functionality, ensuring that each element worked cohesively to support their objectives.
The Results
The results spoke for themselves. The show attracted high-level decision-makers, leading to stronger, more qualified leads than in previous years. Vehlo’s Director of Events, partnering with us for the first time, praised the seamless collaboration and effortless execution, highlighting how the booth’s design enhanced conversations with key stakeholders. The refined layout not only maintained Vehlo’s presence but elevated its engagement, proving that strategic design can transform any space into a powerful brand experience.
