The Opportunity
For Vehlo, this 50×50 environment was an evolution of an already successful event strategy. The brand sought to maintain the familiar look and feel established at previous shows while expanding its footprint to accommodate new priorities. Maximizing demo capacity remained essential, as did hospitality touch points positioned at each corner and a prominent branded storage tower. This time, however, Vehlo introduced two new objectives. They wanted two private meeting rooms without sacrificing valuable floor space, ideally integrated within a double deck structure, and a dedicated podcast and interview station where attendees could share insights on what is new in the dealership world.
Our Approach
ProExhibits translated these goals into a layered, high-functioning environment that balanced scale with intention. A thoughtfully integrated double deck delivered two elevated meeting rooms while preserving the open flow of the main exhibit floor. The podcast station was designed with professional lighting and a polished backdrop, creating an inviting platform for live conversations and recorded content. A central electrical pillar presented a structural challenge, requiring careful planning and coordination. We transformed the obstacle into opportunity by enclosing it within a taller, deep storage tower that aligned with the overall architecture. Fire marshal access requirements were seamlessly addressed with two discreet access doors, ensuring compliance without compromising the aesthetic.
The Results
The finished exhibit demonstrated how thoughtful design can elevate complexity into cohesion. Even with a fixed structural obstruction, the space felt intentional, expansive, and beautifully detailed. Vehlo’s presence was further amplified when the exhibit was featured in the official show newspaper, highlighting their hospitality activation. The project reaffirmed an essential principle: when designing around architectural constraints, securing full specifications upfront is critical. By prioritizing precision and creative problem solving, ProExhibits delivered an environment that was as strategic as it was striking.
