The Opportunity
For Sprinklr’s presence at CCW, the goal was to establish their position as a leader in customer experience technology. Their vision included a high-impact theater for tech talks, a strong focus on demo interactions, and a welcoming hospitality bar offering coffee and matcha. The design needed to reflect their technological leadership while incorporating warm, human-centered elements to create a space that felt both innovative and inviting.
Our Approach
Despite limited initial information from the show organizers, our team at ProExhibits pushed forward with a flexible design strategy. Without access to a finalized floorplan, we began the design process with adaptable layouts, confident we could refine orientation once more details were available. When their space expanded from 40×40 to 50×50, we optimized the added square footage to enhance flow and visibility. Key features included a striking LED video wall that served as both a branding beacon and presentation stage, and a transparent LED wall at the front corner that captivated passersby. A mix of halo-lit architectural details, layered lighting, and natural finishes like wood grains and live greenery brought warmth and balance to the high-tech environment.
The Results
The finished booth delivered an elevated experience that felt both dynamic and approachable. Its open layout encouraged steady foot traffic, with visitors engaging naturally at demo stations, the hospitality bar, and throughout the space. While final performance results are still being collected, the client successfully achieved their on-site engagement goals. Overall, the space fostered meaningful interactions, reinforced Sprinklr’s brand presence, and positioned them as a forward-thinking leader in customer experience.
