The Opportunity
Prime Security wanted to create a 10×20 exhibit that felt distinctly different from the traditional trade show environment. Inspired by Greek mythology, the vision was to create a fun, unexpected, and highly immersive experience that felt more “vibey” than museum-like. With a focus on driving meetings and product demonstrations, the challenge was to translate the mythology concept into a bold environment that would capture attention while remaining functional.
Our Approach
ProExhibits brought the concept to life through striking Greek-inspired statues, a sculptural canopy, and dramatic overhead lighting that created an atmosphere unlike anything else on the show floor. When an additional statue was requested just 10 days before the event, our team moved quickly to make it happen. Through constant communication, disciplined timelines, and firm decision deadlines, we were able to turn around the additional element in an incredibly tight timeframe without compromising the design. The result was a cohesive, highly memorable environment that balanced theatricality with space for meetings and demos.
The Results
The finished exhibit made an immediate impression, from the client’s emotional reaction when she first saw the booth to enthusiastic feedback from the CEO and attendees. Strong LinkedIn engagement extended the experience beyond the show floor, generating additional social buzz around the unique design. Most importantly, the project demonstrated what is possible when a bold creative vision is matched with decisive collaboration and flawless execution, even under an exceptionally compressed timeline.
