ManageEngine came to ProExhibits with a clear vision: to design a bold, modular 20×30 exhibit that could be reused across multiple shows while maintaining a premium and cohesive brand presence. The primary goals were to generate qualified leads and create a visually impactful environment that aligned with their brand. A standout hanging sign was a key element, intended to capture attention and anchor the booth on a crowded show floor.
Our Approach
Our creative team developed a flexible modular solution that could adapt to different floorplans, including a horizontal layout at RSAC and a vertical configuration at Black Hat. This adaptability ensured that the booth maintained its visual impact and functionality regardless of orientation. The design incorporated immersive graphics, thoughtful flow, and bold structural elements that not only showcased the brand but also created a high-energy space for engagement.
The Results
The booth drew strong traffic throughout both events, with attendees consistently complimenting its design and atmosphere.
