The Opportunity
With an expanded 30×30 footprint—growing from their previous 20×30—iPacket set out to maximize impact on the show floor. As a demo-driven brand, their primary objective was to accommodate as many product demonstrations as possible while creating a high-energy, engaging experience. To further incentivize participation, they introduced a premium Nike giveaway, rewarding attendees who signed up for a demo.
Our Approach
We refined the booth’s layout to optimize demo interactions, selecting sophisticated, demo-friendly furniture that elevated both form and function. Inspired by the Direct Travel tower showcased on our website, we created a streamlined version tailored to iPacket, featuring a striking 3D halo-lit logo—an exciting first for their brand. To amplify the Nike giveaway, we designed a dedicated tower at the booth’s corner, showcasing the different shoe styles and drawing attendees in with a compelling visual anchor.
The Results
The results exceeded expectations. iPacket experienced its highest-ever booth traffic, demo sign-ups, and qualified leads. Despite travel disruptions due to weather, the turnout was remarkable. Their VP of Marketing described it as their “best show ever by a landslide,” emphasizing how seamless and stress-free the process was. Through thoughtful design and strategic execution, we transformed their expanded space into a high-performance environment that delivered real results.
