The Opportunity
Dropzone AI set out to break through the noise of the show floor with a bold, nostalgic concept rooted in the charm of a 1950s and 60s diner. The goal was to create an environment that felt instantly recognizable and inviting, while fully immersing attendees in the brand experience. Within a 20’ x 20’ footprint, the challenge was to deliver a space that balanced thematic impact with strict line-of-sight regulations, without compromising openness or flow.
Our Approach
ProExhibits partnered closely with the Dropzone AI team to translate this vision into a cohesive, high-impact environment. Through thoughtful spatial planning and creative collaboration, we brought the diner concept to life with authenticity and precision. The experience extended beyond the physical build, with the Dropzone AI team embodying the theme as diner servers, and layered experiential details like fresh popcorn, sliders, and curated giveaways reinforcing the atmosphere. Every element worked in concert to create a space that felt both immersive and effortlessly engaging.
The Results
The result was a true standout on the show floor, drawing attention, driving engagement, and generating strong social buzz both onsite and across LinkedIn. The booth’s impact was further recognized with a First Place win at the RSA 2026 Beautiful Booth Awards, reinforcing its success among both attendees and industry peers. Feedback from attendees and stakeholders was overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the strength of a well-executed, experience-driven approach. This project underscores the value of close collaboration and a clear creative vision, while setting the stage for what’s next as we look ahead to elevating the experience even further at Black Hat.
