At Microsoft Ignite, C3.ai needed a presence that reflected its leadership at the intersection of enterprise AI and real-world business transformation. The challenge was to distill a powerful, complex platform into an experience that felt intelligent, modern, and immediately credible, while clearly communicating value within seconds. Set within a visually dense show floor, the 30×30 booth had to stand out with confidence, highlight the deep partnership with Microsoft, and support everything from high-level executive meetings to detailed technical demonstrations.
Our Approach
ProExhibits designed an open, architectural environment that balanced clarity with impact. Clean lines, curated digital storytelling, and a thoughtful spatial hierarchy created a booth that felt approachable rather than intimidating. Large-scale graphics and screens delivered strong visibility from across the floor, while more focused demo and conversation zones invited deeper engagement once inside. Messaging was intentionally simplified, digital content supported dialogue instead of competing with it, and every design decision reinforced the theme of enterprise-grade AI made practical and scalable. The Results
