The Opportunity
Autodesk, a global leader in design and technology, needed a booth that would bring their values to life at the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design. The goal was to create an inspiring, interactive environment within a 20′ x 40′ space that supported hands-on demos, meaningful networking, and the debut of “The Exchange” 3D design model. Sustainability, authenticity, and human-centric design were central to the vision. The challenge was to deliver on all fronts while staying within budget and maintaining a premium, architectural aesthetic.
Our Approach
ProExhibits crafted an open-concept space that invited exploration from all sides while showcasing Autodesk’s commitment to real materials and thoughtful design. Rich wood finishes and CNC-routed plywood logos added texture and depth, aligning with the show’s architectural focus. When budget limitations required the removal of a planned overhead sign, the design team elevated the central storage tower to 20 feet to maintain visibility and impact. The booth featured eight fully integrated demo stations, ample concealed storage, and a sleek welcome desk, all wrapped in Autodesk’s black, white, and grey palette.
The Results
The finished space was clean, modern, and engaging, drawing a steady flow of architects, designers, and industry leaders throughout the event. Autodesk’s presence was impossible to miss, with a booth that balanced functionality and visual sophistication. Internal feedback from stakeholders was overwhelmingly positive, noting both the high level of execution and the quality of engagement at the show.
