The Opportunity
At the National Automotive Dealers Association (NADA) Show, AUL Corporation sought a booth that transcended traditional exhibition design. Their goal was to captivate visitors through an environment that not only showcased their offerings but also fostered engaging interactions. AUL needed a space that combined interactive demonstrations, an exclusive networking lounge, and a sophisticated executive meeting area into a seamless and dynamic experience. ProExhibits was chosen to bring this vision to life, addressing the challenge of creating a multifunctional, inviting environment that reflected AUL’s commitment to exceptional service and innovation.
Our Approach
ProExhibits responded with a design inspired by the elegance of a luxury car dealership, aligning with AUL’s distinctive brand identity. We crafted a booth that featured striking backlit signage and grand overhead displays to ensure impactful messaging. The layout was thoughtfully segmented into functional areas, including interactive demos, a premium networking lounge, and a refined meeting space. We utilized tension fabric to create seamless, flowing curves and incorporated custom counters with LED lighting. New lighting techniques, including projecting AUL’s logo onto the carpet and a custom-designed rotating hanging sign, were employed to maximize visibility and aesthetic appeal.
The Results
The resulting booth was a bold and sophisticated presence at the show, effectively engaging visitors from every angle. The open floor plan and refined design elements facilitated uninterrupted interactions and reinforced AUL’s brand narrative. By creating a versatile and inviting space, ProExhibits enabled AUL to enhance their visitor experience, resulting in increased engagement and longer stays at their booth.
