MFactor, a world-renowned, full-service corporate event management company based in the San Francisco Bay area, produces an annual user conference for a provider of digital operations management platforms for businesses. MFactor was in search of a partner that could provide a consistent, seamless look and feel to the entire meeting space and deliver a professional solution that would elevate the image of the exhibitors at the conference.
Planning for the event included the creation of a showcase where the client’s partners could educate and inform attendees on their products and services. ProExhibits was brought in to assist with planning, design, and execution of this showcase space, including the creation of multiple levels of exhibit sponsorships for the participating companies.
In order to create a consistent look and feel in this Partner Showcase, ProExhibits developed a kiosk solution in three sizes, offering partners options for purchasing signage and space. The team collaborated closely with MFactor, providing designs and revisions for the floor plans, layouts, and 3D concepts for the displays and overall Showcase space. Given there was no hard deadline by which partners needed to sign up for the Showcase, ProExhibits was asked to be flexible and accommodate last-minute partner sign-ups and requests. A total of 23 kiosks were produced for the event, and the venue in San Francisco required a short set-up and teardown window, working under very tight conditions.
ProExhibits was a great partner to work with on this user conference project for our client. From the initial planning discussions for the event to the design process, the quality of production, and a smooth install and tear-down on-site, ProExhibits was very professional, super responsive, and willing to work within our terms and conditions. Throughout the entire project, I felt that our account executive at ProExhibits really respected my needs and valued the relationship with MFactor. I would definitely work with them again! – Senior Event Manager, MFactor
