Here’s one of the many benefits of using a trade show display rental: When you enlist the services of a professional and experienced company to design and build your custom-caliber exhibit rental, no one will know—or care—whether you rent it or own it. If your display hooks an audience and accomplishes your goals for the show, it’s a success.
Trade Show Display Rentals Designed for Your Goals
With our award-winning designs, ProExhibits has helped event marketers make bold and long-lasting impressions for more than 30 years. We know the best trade show display is the one that helps you accomplish your goals for a specific event or series.
When FireEye wanted to showcase its IT threat protection products at a trade show, we helped them achieve that goal with a striking and eye-catching rental display. To draw the attention of every show attendee, we designed and created two signs totaling 30’ in diameter to ensure 360-degree visibility. The signs were printed on both sides to draw curious viewers closer.
The striking visual motif featured on the signs—the curved lines and the red-and-black color scheme—was also woven throughout the display for a modern, high-tech look that exemplified the brand’s values. Double-sided kiosks offered additional product information, while the booth layout encouraged visitors to stroll through and talk with FireEye representatives. Strategic deployment of video and an open-theater presentation area completed the display, helping FireEye accomplish its goals of drawing in visitors and educating them on the company’s products. This custom trade show booth was a crowd-pleasing success, while the company reaped the benefits of renting.
Custom Rentals Are One-of-a-Kind
At ProExhibits, we specialize in creating unique, high-quality trade show displays. Our focus on custom designs and detailed fabrications will set your exhibit apart from the competition.
That’s what we did for Rally Health, which wanted a booth that would attract trade show attendees and get them thinking about their health. With those goals in mind, we created a multipurpose area that invited visitors to test their fitness level on a stationary bike and learn about the company’s health- and fitness-related comparison tools. Renting an exhibit instead of purchasing helped Rally meet its budget goals while simultaneously eliminating any concerns about the logistics of booth ownership, such as shipping, transporting, or storing the display.
If one of your trade show goals is to have visitors sit down for a presentation or demonstration of your products or services, a comfortable seating area is a must. A one-of-a-kind custom rental display helped the content recommendation engine Samba TV accomplish this goal. In our booth for Samba TV, we created a welcoming and well-lit viewing area designed like an especially inviting living room, featuring a big, booth-spanning sectional sofa and brightly colored pillows emblazoned with the Samba TV logo. Designs don’t have to be complex to be effective.
Other Benefits of Custom Trade Show Display and Booth Rentals
For a one-off event or show, the benefits of renting versus purchasing are clear: Renting can help your budget go further. Above and beyond the purchase price, owning a display can involve expenses for repairs, insurance, shipping, storage, and disposal. For a design that you only plan to use for a single occasion, renting makes a great deal of sense.
Renting can also give you increased flexibility if you need to exhibit at multiple shows simultaneously. In addition, using a rental gives you the opportunity to test out a display before making the commitment to purchase. With a custom rental from ProExhibits, you’ll always get the same award-winning quality as you would from a purchased display. ProExhibits has a 65,000 square foot production facility, featuring an on-site showroom to get the ideas flowing. Whether you rent or buy, the same team of veteran artists and craftsmen will work to help you achieve your trade show goals.
