FTP Upload

We welcome the opportunity to work with you in developing your upcoming project. To upload your files and materials to our Production Team, please follow this link to our secure file transfer server.

Artwork Submittal Instructions

• Files 9 MB or less can be emailed to artwork@proexhibits.com.
• Files 10 MB to 300 MB can be uploaded via FTP. Access through a web browser: http://proexhibits.leapfile.com (do not type in the “www”) and follow the on-screen directions. Compress all documents into one "zipped" (e.g.- .zip) file prior to sending.
• Files larger than 300 MB should be sent on a disc. Include the layered document as well as a flattened TIF file from which we will print. Please allow time for the creation and delivery of the disc in your production schedule. Send to:
