Frequently Asked Questions

Most of your questions can be answered using our Graphic File Prep Guidelines sheet. All other inquiries should be directed to any one of our staff in the Graphic Production Department.

However, here are answers to frequently asked questions from our Graphic Production Department.

What type of file do you accept?
Photoshop or Illustrator.

What scale and resolution?
Always try to submit at full size with a resolution of 100 ppi.

How much bleed?
Unless specified differently, allow for ½” on all sides. Use crop marks to indicate finished size.

RGB or CMYK?
Submit as CMYK.

Color Matching?
All color matches require a Pantone color to be called out and indicated in the file. Note: do not convert Pantone colors to the CMYK mix.

How do I submit my artwork?

  • Please 9 MB or less to artwork@proexhibits.com.
  • Files between 10 MB and 300 MB can be uploaded via our FTP service:  http://proexhibits.leapfile.com. 
  • Files larger than 300 MB should be sent in on a disc.

How do I set up multiple panel projects?
Set up multiple panel projects as one image. Art files are tiled at the production level.
